Every week, our Chef, Valentin, creates the menu with seasonal products mainly from our beautiful region located between Perche Vendômois and Perche Sarthois.

Beyond the quality of their products, we select our suppliers and the producers with whom we work for their eco-responsible approach because we want to limit the impact of our activity as much as possible, like the winegrowers that we will present to you in our wine list. Biodynamic, Natural, Sulfite-Free ... we will tell you about these wines and the work of their authors that we admire.
