Our goal is to offer a unique experience by creating harmony between seasonal ingredients, culinary technique, and the Chef’s creativity. As a result, dishes may vary from day to day, depending on the fresh ingredients provided by our suppliers. Chef Valentin invites you on a gastronomic journey with a unique and blind tasting menu designed to surprise and delight.

To ensure the best possible experience, the Chef’s Inspiration Menu will only be served if all guests at the table choose it.

Depending on what the garden provides, this menu may occasionally include meat or fish.
Served only on Thursday and Friday lunch, excluding public holidays.

Allergies & Food Intolerances

Due to the nature of our menu, we kindly ask you to inform us of any food intolerances or allergies at the time of booking. If we receive notice at least 7 days before your visit, we will contact you if necessary to adjust the menu accordingly. If we are informed less than 7 days before your visit, we will adapt the dishes at our discretion.

We do not recommend booking at our restaurant for guests with severe allergies or intolerances, as the small size of our kitchen does not guarantee the absence of traces or cross-contamination.
