Reservations for up to 6 guests can only be made through our website. We do not accept reservations by phone. For bookings of more than 6 people, please contact us via email at reservations@osma.restaurant. We are committed to responding within 24 hours.
Due to an increase in fraudulent bookings, a credit card hold (or prepayment, depending on the selected experience) will be required, and your reservation will only be confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our booking system.

Annulation
We enforce a strict cancellation policy to protect our small business and ensure that our valued guests receive the experience they deserve.Cancellations or modifications are accepted free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation for regular services. Special services (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, etc.) will have specific conditions, which will be stated at the time of booking.
Any cancellation or modification beyond the mentioned timeframe, or failure to attend your reservation, will result in the charge of the deposit or retention of the prepayment.
Delays exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a no-show.
